Susan T. Spencer provided practical insights and she totally nailed the problem facing women in corporate. One obstacle women faced is structural barriers such as lack of role models, absence of sponsorship at work, managing organizational expectations and overcoming cultural bias. Susan Spencer on Essentials for Women in Business is a great interview and I highly recommend it to women at all levels in the business world.
