So if you are stuck in the 90's using Monster, Jobster, Hotjobs, etc then you better start maximizing your recruitment strategy by joining and advertising on social networks, blogs that are business specific and user groups. You also need to do deep web searches using boolean logic, X-ray, and flip searches and strings.
There are lots of other ways so if you are not utilizing the 21st century techniques then you need to get with it pronto. Recruitment 2.0 and next generation 3.0(soon to come) better be in your recruitment strategy and budget.
